Júlia Paiva is a Brazilian UX/UI designer, ESAD.CR student, and BII fellow at LiDA, where she manages the laboratory’s website and digital communication. Dedicated to user-centered methodologies and Design Thinking, she bridges the gap between visual storytelling and product strategy. Her portfolio highlights include designing the landing page for the AI mental health service Serennia (achieving a 25% conversion rate) and an independent overhaul of Cinemark’s mobile app. Certified by Google in UX Design, she also completed a six-month mentorship with Damian Skotzke (Staff Product Designer at Miro, Feedly, and Careem).

Her global worldview, shaped by living in Brazil, the Netherlands, and Portugal, is complemented by a lifelong passion for painting, drawing, and writing.
