Marco Heleno is a designer that studies and develops work in the areas of Information Visualization and Computational Design.

Recently his work was exhibited at Multimodus (2022), Reboot (2021, 2019), Ars Electronica (2020), NeurIPS (2020), ARTeFACTo (2020), Criatech (2020), xCoAx (2020, 2018), Reframed (2019) and ARTECH (2019).

He is currently focused on Information Visualization for Explainable Artificial Intelligence, a Ph.D. research in the UT Austin Portugal Program and at NOVA LINCS.

He teaches at the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha (ESADcr). Holds a master’s degree in Technology and Digital Art and a bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Multimedia Design.
