Ana Cação is a designer with a passion for interdisciplinary contexts and collaborations. She graduated in Law from the University of Coimbra in 2012, later specialized in Administrative Law and Public Administration (2016), and practised law for some years. Her interest in Design led her to take a degree in Spatial and Interior Design at the Upper School of Arts and Design at Caldas da Rainha, which she completed in 2021, moving on to a Master’s in Product Design, and then a Master’s in Design for Health and Wellbeing, a pioneer in Portugal, at the same school, having completed both first years.

In 2022 she participated in a co-creation project for hospital innovation, Fast Track, which consisted of a partnership between the University of Évora and the Espírito Santo Hospital.

She is currently a research assistant at LiDA – Laboratory in Design and Arts of the Polytechnic of Leiria, where she works on communicating R&D projects, building and managing a digital archive and discovering new ways to improve internal and external communication.

Her interests include the relationship between Design and Well-being, Knowledge Dissemination and Photography.
