Paulo Silva has a Ph.D. in Graphic Design from the Universitat Politècnica de València, a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual, Multimedia, and Interactivity from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa FCSH, and a degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts UL. Adjunct Professor at the Caldas da Rainha School of Arts and Design IPL. He teaches, among others, the curricular units of Graphic Design Project and Case Studies in Graphic Design in the graduation courses of Graphic Design and Multimedia, Sound and Image and Masters in Graphic Design, where he also oriented theses. He coordinated the CETs of Graphic Illustration and Development of Multimedia Products, and the Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. He has organized scientific meetings, developed and coordinated work teams in applied research projects and external partnerships. As a designer, he focuses his practice on editorial design and advertising.
