“Telling and Showing – Interviews on Creation” collects and makes available “indigenous knowledge” in the areas of arts, design, and material production in general. The testimonies of the interviewees – revealing tools and techniques, knowledge and experiences, production and business conditions, personal contributions – are necessary for understanding these areas, and an empirical condition for further technical and scientific research.
