João Ribeiro was born in Vila Nova de Famalicão and has a degree in Industrial Design. He is currently finishing his master’s degree in Product Design and collaborating as a scholarship researcher in the Water2Move project.

Inspired by nature and by the objects that allow us to interact with it, he had the opportunity to develop knowledge in this area during his academic career. He believes that design practice should be based on simplicity, functionality, and honesty with the user. She has a special interest in projects related to sustainable mobility, outdoor and outdoor activities, always using the design and construction of experimental models as a tool to explore the form.
